Han Xing Long Machinery Co., Ltd., a company that has grown from a small iron factory to a thriving enterprise. We have three major departments: Engineering, Quality Control, and Management, each performing its duties and collaborating to ensure that every aspect meets the highest standards. In terms of manufacturing equipment, we have both flexibility and advanced technology, from traditional lathes and milling machines to 4-axis, 4.5-axis, 5-axis Mazak Integrex multitasking machines, and a large gantry milling machine capable of processing up to 5m*3.5m, which can meet the diverse processing needs of customers.
Product Drawings
Our services can be designed based on drawings provided by customers, or produced based on actual samples. For products with complex appearances, we have advanced 3D scanning technology to help accurately restore and design.
Engineering Design
Our extensive experience provides customers with professional and reliable engineering design. We also possess CAE analysis expertise to assist customers in adjusting product designs and specifications, and offer Design for Manufacturing (DFM) advice and services.
Process Planning
We develop the most suitable process plan for our customers' products and provide one-stop service to produce fast, accurate and stable products.
Machining and Manufacturing
Based on the design drawings and process planning, we provide the most efficient processing methods to ensure product precision and quality. Our maximum processing size can reach 5 meters, meeting the needs of various large workpieces.
Surface Treatment
We have special surface treatment technologies, such as polishing, grinding, anodizing, matte-bright surface treatment, and hard chrome plating, to meet the surface property requirements of customers' products. Commonly used workpieces include: optical molds, semiconductor workpieces, vacuum components, etc.
Quality Inspection
We have precise 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and carefully inspect each product to ensure that every detail meets the strictest quality standards, providing our customers with the most reliable product quality.
Packaging and Shipment
After cleaning, the products are properly packaged and shipped to ensure that they are intact during transportation.
